There are four areas that generate 90% of a customers complaints:
Dusting: Dust exists in every environment. Customers complain whenever dust is visible to the naked eye. We focus on those areas to ensure they are dust free.
Trash: Trash containers can be found in several locations. Just because the trash basket at each desk has been emptied, we cannot assume that we have emptied all the trash. To ensure that all areas are trash free, we use a checkoff sheet to help in this process, so that no trash containers are overlooked. This includes areas not occupied on a regular basis.
Vacuuming: In our vacuuming process, we don’t assume that the carpet is clean by the way it looks. We evaluate the total effectiveness of our vacuuming process by making sure we are completing it each time it’s required.
Restrooms: The Restrooms are the most used areas in the buildings. The average person visits the restroom 3 to 4 times per day. Once the first person comes in to use the facility, the facility is no longer clean. Therefore, we pay close attention to details when we clean these areas.
